I was searching for a reliable and hones roofing contractor in Lawrence for 2 months. What a journey it was. Dan from Mercer Roofing and Siding was great from day one. Very Very honest, nice, knowledgeable, professional and a million things more. Will recommend always. We have a 19 year old home with a original roof. All the 6 roofing contractors that come out wanted to only replace my roof for about $12,000. The roof looked great but we had a leak in our sons bedroom. We found Dan from my wife's husbands brother in West Windsor. After he fully inspected our roof from top and attic for a small $39 cost. Dan gave us a quote to fix everything wrong with roof for $685. He said the roof will last another 7 to 10 years. This was 5 years ago. Its 5 years now and sill looking great with no issues. We just had Dan replace all our windows and i decided to give him a great review for the job 5 years ago. Thank you so much Dan. Megan says she wants her plastic coffee mug back !!!! (Joking) :-)

Our roof and siding need repair and Dan did a great job. He was able to complete the job in one day. He was honest and professional. I discovered a leak in my roof/siding on a Friday night. I called Dan first thing Saturday morning and he came to my place that day. My roof required new flashing and replacement of damaged sections and shingles. He was able to do this job within a little more than a week of me calling. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and completed the work at the estimated price. I would highly recommend Dan.

Last year Dan gave me an estimate to solder the seams on our porch roof, which is copper. Later when I called, he told me it was too hot to do it. Today I called and he told me he won't do it because it's too complicated and he's too busy, Guess he wasn't too busy when he did the estimate
