So, very professional, punctual and friendly! Pricing is very competitive and Mr. Novak is very responsive to phone calls and will happily answer all your questions! They came one day after we agreed to give them our business, we're there early in the AM (they came right on time!) And were done by approximately 4 PM. They removed all old roofing, installed the new and did an excellent job with clean up and protecting our porch. I HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking, fair company. Can't thank them enough!
I had my roof done in April 2014. I thought the price was competitive and the clean up excellent. They started in early am and were done by 3pm with a tear down and new roof installed. they got rid of all
Professional review of job and estimate. Provided additional information not related to roofing job. Came on time and did a great job with a very small "window of opportunity" before the bitter cold came back! Crew was GREAT at cleaning up all the debris around our home, it was all hauled away.
Owner Jim Novak came to the house the next day, gave a fair estimate, and a start date. Workers showed up on time and job was completed in two days. All debris was cleaned up. The guarantee on materials and workmanship is excellent. Work was inspected twice by owner. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their service again.
If I could give them no stars I would. They drew up a proposal to do our roof. Three weeks after we signed it they text and say sorry we are too busy to do your roof. They are very unprofessional. They ignore all messages you leave and everything. Should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for what they did to us.
