It was clean and spacious. Staff was cordial. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms aren't badly priced either. I do recommend it.
Very friendly front desk staff. Had our room ready for early check in 3 hours prior to the initial check in time which was great! Shuttle service and had all of our requests met as we walked in the door. Clean, nice rooms with updated fixtures. The free breakfast is always a plus too! Small convenience store and 24/7 coffee is very helpful.
Large room, comfortable bed, separated toilet and shower rooms. One TV oddly placed between separated bedroom and living room areas so not quite optimal viewing for either. Nice lobby area with market and bar.
I do like this hotel. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and desk staff is incredibly nice. You can also walk to multiple restaurants at the mall across the street. BUT, I am a person who likes to take the stairs to get some extra exercise, and the stairwells here are always filthy. I used to stay here regularly and watched to see how long it would take for some trash to get cleaned up. Often it would remain across stays until I told the desk about it. I just returned after having not stayed for a while, and took the stairs up after working out. The landing of the steps on my floor was covered with dead flies. It was awful. I don't mean a few flies. I mean LOTS of flies (see photo). I told the desk and they were very apologetic, but I don't understand how they could miss this in their routine cleaning.
Great hotel, fabulous staff, very customer service oriented..... Only downside is my reservation defaulted to a king bed room with a pull out couch ( as it did for the others in my group) and it was impossible to switch to a double room presumably because the are unusually heavy on King room inventory. There was a time when hotels had a room mix biased towards two bed rooms, I guess not here. Otherwise a great hotel!!
