The staff was very friendly, even gave little gift boxes to me and my colleagues. The free happy hour is amazing. The rooms were very nice and modern. Close proximity to the airport as well as a great restaurant in metro. Look it up if you're in town.
The hotel had everything I needed. The amenities were nice and the room was clean. Having a small kitchen in the room also helped out. There was also breakfast in the morning with a cocktail hour after 5. I would definitely stay here again.
I'm disappointed.... I have stayed here 3 times, the first two stays (2 yrs ago) we're excellent, rooms were great, clean, and affordable staff was friendly and accommodating. No problems. This last time the first room, my girlfriend noticed women's hairs on the bed. The DVD player that was in the room had no cables to connect it, which makes it useless. When I went to call the front desk.... the phone was also removed from our room. After going to the front desk to ask about cables for the DVD player, and missing phone (didn't want to be charged the $25 incidental fees they didn't tell me about when booked the room.) I was offered another room. Get to the new room, NO DVD PLAYER AT ALL, stains on the blanket, burn hole in blanket, supposed to be a non smoking facility! Needless to say we stayed, but I'm not happy about the $160+ ($137 + $25 refundable incidental fee) price tag for what used to be a great night's stay. I'm going to seriously reconsider staying here again.
Best place to stay in town. Had aweful experiences at surrounding hotels. Staff is more than accommodating. Great breakfast, not your run of the mill hotel food. They even offer a happy hour that offers complimentary beer, wine, cheese, bread and snacks. Awesome gym. Warm pool. Great rooms that focus on being environmentally friendly. Modern. Best of all, their beds are so comfortable. Thanks for making our trip great!! As always!
Great contemporary hotel and efficiency including dishwasher stove and microwave. The hotel is starting to show it's age with some rough wear spots like the light bulb in our room not turning on and the broken bulbs above the indoor pool. Free hot Breakfast was a high point. The thick pillows and blinking fire alarm lights in the room were a low point. It would be a 4 star with some updating.
