So I don't usually do this, but for this company I just HAD TO !! About a month or so ago, I had been in a car accident and needed to get into a rental with just a few hours notice. I called and spoke to a lovely woman named Sue. She was amazing, I could tell she really care and actually WANTED to help me... She got me into a very nice, clean, and smooth running car super quick I didn't even have to miss any work !!! I will most definitely use Alternative Rent a Car again!!!

Our kids all flew in from FL with their families for our oldest granddaughters graduation and we suddenly realized we were going to have 9 bodies - adults, kids, car seats, luggage, strollers, etc... to pick up at the airport and move around all week. We worked it out, but, at the last minute we rented a 15 person van from their Parkway Avenue location near Trenton Airport. We dealt with Suzy. She was very helpful and thorough. Having the van made life SO MUCH easier. Van was clean. I didn't have a problem putting my 9 month old granddaughter or her 4 yr old sister in it. We don't rent cars so I didn't know what to expect. It was a good experience. I would rent from them again.
