Recently my family had to switch to a storage unit on a first floor level due to my mother-in-law's health concerns. Property manager on duty Joann was exceedingly helpful and professional during the transition. She patiently explained to us our options and gladly showed us the available units. The park side team is always kind and hardworking. I worked there as a property manager for about a year and a half and feel great knowing i left the property in good hands.
HEADS UP. This is worst storage facility ever. Rent increase on all units every six months. They change your gate codes without informing you and there is no customer service rep available after hours. Can never teach the district manager and she never returns calls no matter how many messages you leave. Its a struggle to open the main door to get to the units. Elevator is extremely slow and there are only 3floors. No type of customer appreciation to any customers. I heard 2 other customers complaining about this place while I was waiting in line to pay my bill. One of them rented from them for 3yrs. I rented from them for 7 yrs. The ladies who ran this office 3-4yrs ago gave great customer service. They made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Lalor Self Storage offers 50% off for 6months if you move from one storage facility to them. I recommend them.
