Just wanted to say thanks for bending the photo envelope that was clearly marked "high quality photos do not bend"
Can be a bit of a wait when there are a lot of people in line, but the staff there is very friendly and helpful. They tell you exactly what you need to know, and they're always smiling and joking around, which makes a pleasure of what's typically not a fun errand.
