I pray you find another finger printing service for the future. MorphoTrust, AKA Identogo, is impossible to reach. I was fingerprinted over a month ago and just received a letter that my fingerprints failed, were not clear. You can only schedule the retake by phone, and I have invested 5 hours so far trying to reach them over 2 days. Once you have waited about 10 minutes they tell you they are too busy, call later, Goodbye! This is not acceptable for all
of us consumers that have busy lives. Obviously this company does not invest enough in human resources. I don't know how else to communicate this, nothing against the police but please make better choices for this vendor
