I am somewhat taken aback by the two reviews which precede mine here, as I have found these cleaners diligent and conscientious. I have provided at least a half dozen alteration and repairs projects as well and have found the work very well done--with requested delivery timeframes routinely accommodated. These observatons are not offered lightly, as I am a very picky customer who all too often finds service establishments falling short of seemingly reasonable expectations.
Received this shirt back uncleaned, also on a separate occasion my clothes were not ready a week AFTER promise date. Would not recommend.
I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. I went there to get a Minor alteration for my suit jacket and went there to pick it up, it wasn't even ready let alone worked on. I saw all I needed to see, needless to say they probably ended up doing me a favor by not ruining my suit. These people are unreliable and unprofessional .
