Staff is friendly. Always practically empty when I go to this gym. For most part it's clean. Cheap subscription too. Plenty of machines to satisfy any workout routine.
I'm only giving 1 stars because I don't really know what this gym has. Never got to work out went in with a friend as a guess. My friend didn't know she had a balance which was only a few days late. The employee was rude about it. Was told if you don't pay you can't work out. So we asked if I got my own membership could she be a guess on mine? Only because she didn't bring any money to workout. Didn't know she needed money. We drove all the way there at 6am to be told no pay no play. You could have had a new loyal member but instead you most likely lost 2...
Normally I enjoy going to Planet Fitness, but it's always a gamble when visiting other locations when I'm out of town. I personally like to shower and freshen up after a long sweaty workout, but it's kind of hard to do that when the showers are full of filth, mold, and grime. I also prefer to wash up in hot or warm water. Not cold water that has no heat to it. The showers here work, but don't expect to bathe in hot water, and make sure you have shower shoes.
Needs a trainer, which they have been promising "in a week or so" for over a year. Also need Android not just cRapl hookups.
No one puts weights back, people take over 2 machines so you can't use them. Members have no clue what they are doing, no gym etiquette at all. Staff could care less. The place is a complete disaster.
