And all I received from Verizon, for my less than stellar review, was the same stock answer that everyone gets ("Thanks for coming by. Hope to see you soon.")
Verizon writes its own reviews. Colin was so-so (he left before completing my transaction) and Faruhk (sp?) gave us nothing but a big sme and mumbo-jumbo (see below). Would NEVER go back to this store.

I did not write this review, and did not give this Verizon store 5 stars. It popped up and posted, while I was trying to figure out my new phone (since the Verizon rep was no help at all). Told me I had to do transferring of data at home (but left out one critical step, making another trip to the store necessary); did not transfer husband's contact info to his new phone (had to do it myself at home). Would never go back to the store at Campustown if I saw this rep was working (don't think his name was Colin).
I just spent a wonderful time with salemen, Waqas Asghar and Fez. They were so knowledgeable and helpful purchasing new phones and updates. A visit to the cell store was actually a real treat. These guys are great!

Just got my new motor z force 2 on a great promotion of free projector mod. The entire process was good and painless. Farukh was great and did all my paperwork for my rebate.
Collin McCormick gave me excellent service. He was extremely patient while answering my many questions and he covered every conceivable angle. I would send my friends to this Verizon store and to Collin in particular.
And we had a lot of laughs too!
