For the most part my experience was good. Office clean, staff friendly. The only problem I had was that they didn't give me instructions on aftercare after having 14 teeth extracted and new dentures put in. I would definitely recommend them to a friend

Staff friendly-Dr. In my view should be able to communicate more efficiently.very barbaric with extractions and encourages you to wait as long as possible for permanent dentures and when you go back theres a hundred dollar fee cause you never received a courtesy call informing or reminding you your coming up on a 2 yr deadline you signed on the day of your extractions.nice patient -Dr relationship.you pay for a service in full you expect to get what you paid for not a service that plays on your memory to gain an extra hundred bucks after they encourage you to wait as long as you can.a simple reminder would have been nice.a scam???probably not but goes to show what money does to people.so I 'll wear these temp plates to the grave due to something I paid in full for and didn t receive and can t afford any more dental expenses.thank you dr.Kim for this mess you left in my mouth.
