Tonight as I was leaving the hospital from a very long stay, I called to this Quick Chek to ask what soup was available. When the young lady answered the phone, she was very rude. Her response to my question was, "you're going to have to hold on for a second because we're very busy." So, I said "okay, no problem." Well, it became a problem when I was on hold for 4 minutes. Then, the young lady picked up the phone again she said, "it's like 6 different soups out their, chicken noodle and some other ones. What else do you need to know?" At that point I felt rushed off the phone. I asked her name, she said "well, soup is pulled at 8, so what else do you need to know?" I said, "your name

This is not the first time I was screwed over here, but it certainly is the last.
please. She said her name was Stacy. I am not sure how true that is, but whomever she should be trained of effective customer service. This was Tuesday, Oct. 17th @ approximately 7:22pm. I would have rather her not answer the phone. Her attitude was trash! I will gladly start taking that extra five minute drive to the new Wawa.

The only pharmacy I've been to in years with a real focus on their customer... Good food, pleasant staff... clientele are sketchy or worse though at off hours.
